The story of GreenTech Park & Resort is a journey of vision, passion, and dedication.

It began with a dream — a dream to create a place where people could escape the noise of the city and reconnect with the serene beauty of Bangladesh’s natural landscapes. The founder and Managing Director, Serazul Islam, envisioned a world-class eco-resort that would stand as a symbol of hospitality, sustainability, and pride for the nation.

The chosen location, Veramotli, Mawauna, Shreepur, Mouza Rathura in Gazipur, was not an accident. This vast land of nearly 2000 bighas is uniquely blessed — with the Safari Park to the east, the cultural charm of Nuhash Palli to the south, scenic roads to the west, and majestic high hills to the north. Its core beauty lies in the lush Gojari forest at its heart and the tranquil lakes surrounding it.

The land was once a largely untouched natural paradise, known for its biodiversity and peaceful atmosphere. Over the years, careful planning and sustainable design transformed it into what it is today — a harmonious blend of modern luxury and unspoiled nature.

From the earliest concept sketches to the final master plan, every detail was guided by the principle of eco-friendliness. The aim was never to overpower nature but to work with it — building cottages among the trees, villas by the lakes, and pathways that follow the natural terrain.
